Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at E Central hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished down to the smallest details, and I even received a lovely upgrade with flower petals and towel swans. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs. The location was convenient for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter on foot, although it was a bit far from Hoan Kiem Lake. The dining experience was top-notch with a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant. The facilities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel is located in the lively Old Quarter, close to restaurants and shops, offering clean and comfortable rooms with excellent service. However, the dining options could be more flavorful. The prime location makes exploring easy, but be aware of some noise. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, offering easy access to all the attractions while being tucked away on a charming side street. The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with the added delight of complimentary afternoon tea as the sun sets. The service was exceptional, especially given the hot and humid weather of Hanoi, making our stay very pleasant. The dining options were varied, catering to both Eastern and Western palates, and the facilities provided added convenience and comfort.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and immaculate with a contemporary feel. The staff were attentive and always proactive, ready to provide customers with advice on what to do in Hanoi. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and beautiful presentation.
The hotel is tucked away right next to the main entrance, offering intimate and extremely comfortable rooms with the most cozy King size bed and a refreshing rain shower. The staff, exemplified by the ever-friendly and helpful Khanh Le, goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The central location in the French Quarter provides easy access to street food and bars, making it a top recommendation for a delightful stay in Hanoi.
Although the room was adequate for a short stay without a window, the hotel's big positives include helpful staff for planning your time in Hanoi. The hotel may be a bit small, but everything else about it is on a grand scale.
This place may have rooms a little on the small side, but everything else about my stay was big. The rooms were nice and clean, and quite spacious. They were generous in size for two people, which was great.
This hotel was a great find for me! The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy, which made my stay wonderful despite the size. The staff were super smiley, friendly, and welcoming, making the service top-notch. The location is perfect, still in the Old Quarter but peaceful, and very convenient to explore Hanoi. The dining was great with a good buffet selection and freshly made choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
